Girls' Night Out is a unique musical duet featuring the talents of two experienced
women musicians.
The ladies have a lively sense of humor; they enjoy the music they perform and it shows! "When we first got
together, we realized that we both liked a wide variety of music and couldn't decide what type of music we'd
perform. We thought that there were probably a lot of other people out there, like us, who enjoyed a little
bit of all types of music, done well." So the girls set out to do just that! Covering artists from Diana
Krall, Sheryl Crow & Norah Jones to Billy Joel, Joe Cocker & Steely Dan. The audiences really love their
selection of songs, and in a short two years of performing together, they have been booked solid.
Each of the musicians in this duet has over two decades of professional experience in the Detroit Metro Area.
In addition to studio work, they have performed in a wide variety of venues ranging from Jazz & Country clubs,
to Community & Professional Theater Stages. They have played for corporate and private parties as well as many
of the Detroit area's finest restaurants and lounges including Birmingham's Peabodys and Big Rock Chop
House, Wyandotte's Gizzmo's Martini Bar. The girls currently perform Friday nights at Smokies
Restaurant & Lounge in Wyandotte, and Saturdays at Filippa's in Shelby Twp. They perform monthly at
the beautiful Int Ice Lounge in the new MGM Grand Casino in Downtown Detroit.
